Error message E9 or Power unit communication error
Error message E9 or Power unit communication error indicates a critical connection error in the system.
Possible causes and solutions
- Loose or broken data cable between the control panel and circuit board.
- Check data cable and connections.
- Circuit board malfunction.
- Check circuit board and wires. Make sure all connections on the terminal block are tight.
Note: Error message E9 or Power unit communication error is not caused by the following reasons
- WiFi connection interruption.
- Loss of connection to the safety device.
- Faulty temperature sensor or overheat limiter.
- Broken heating element.
Control for electric heating (P)
In addition to supply connectors, the heaters are equipped with a connector (P), which makes the control of the electric heating possible. Voltage control is transmitted from the heater when it is switched on. The control cable for electrical heating is brought directly into the junction box of the heater, and from there to the terminal block of the heater along a rubber cable with the same cross-section area as that of the connecting cable.
How to identify a circuit board
The circuit board model is marked on the sticker with the letters WX___.

Note: In certain models, the circuit board bracket may be screwed to the bottom of the heater
