How to make a product complaint?
If a technical defect occurs in your product during the warranty period, please follow the instructions below.
Electric products under warranty

Warranty terms
What information do I need to make a complaint?
Before making a complaint, make sure you have the following information:
- Purchase or warranty receipt
- Product model
- Product serial number.
- Write down possible error messages displayed on the control panel.

Receipt
- The original purchase or warranty receipt including the date of purchase, product model and retailer.
Product model
The product model is marked on the type plate. If there are several options, only one is highlighted. Below you will find sample images for each product.
How Do I Identify My Product Model?
Serial number in sauna heaters
The serial number is marked on the type plate.
There are two types of serial number labels, depending on the product:
Label 1: Write down fields Code: F1XXXX and SN: MOXXXXXXXX-XXX.
Label 2: write down the nine-digit number beginning with 1 or 2.
Serial number in other products
In separate control units, the serial number is located on the power unit type plate. Note: E-model heaters only.
The control panel serial number is located on a sticker on the back of the panel.
The serial number for woodburning hot tub heaters (Harvia & Kirami) is located on the back of the heater.
On electric hot tub heaters, the serial number is marked below the thermostat knob.
Error messages
If an error message appears on the control panel or mobile app of an electrically heated product, please write it down for servicing purposes.
