Fenix - Power unit communication error
Critical connection failure in the system. Typically, a connection failure between the control panel and the circuit board.
- Switch the power off from the main switch. Check the data cable, sensor cable/s and their connections. Switch the power on. Consult an electrician if needed.
- If the error message recurs or appears occasionally, ask an electrician to check the product as soon as possible!
Fenix - Failed to send control message error
Temporary connection failure in cloud service. The heater cannot be started via MyHarvia app.
- Heater remote control temporarily unavailable. The problem will disappear on its own later.
- Start the heater manually from the control panel.
Fenix - Sauna is heating up slower than usual
The sauna heating time is longer than expected.
- Check that the sauna doors and windows are closed.
- The glass wall may have gaps that are too large, allowing heat from the sauna to escape into the bathroom.
